We want our valued customers to know that we continue to provide our services in a safe, healthy, and reliable manner.

We’ve instituted the following protective measures that allow us to provide our services with no physical interaction or contact with customers:

  • We will not be knocking on doors or shaking hands with customers.
  • We will not be leaving paper quotes, estimates, or invoices. These will be delivered electronically.
  • For our employees, we have established physical distancing procedures and we are sanitizing our vehicles and equipment daily.
  • We are fogging off all back shop warehouse space, equipment and trucks with antibacterial disinfectant daily.
  • We have limited our trucks to one person and our trucks are all well stocked with masks and disposable gloves.
  • As the situation evolves, some of our staff will be working remotely while some will be working in the office. Our front and back office are kept completely separated.
  • We will only be communicating with you via phone, text, and email.
  • We are in accordance with all bylaws as a provincially allowed service based on section 20 as of April 4 2020.
